My husband and I booked a very last minute tour with Aissam and he was very prompt in confirming our tour. He met us at our hotel and held delightful conversation the entire tour. Aissam was amazing. The tour itself was outstanding and extremely informative. However, he was above all very flexible. We were late getting in to Tokyo but he was able to adjust accordingly. He also guided with the transit system and how to get a suico card (which was beyond helpful). He stayed connected even after the tour was done. He is very knowledgeable and you get a great perspective about Japan from a person who has been residing there for 10 years. I would definitely consider his services again.
